As the office manager at Closet Envy, I oversee daily operations, ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish. I coordinate communication between clients, designers, and the installation team, manage schedules, and ensure deadlines are met. With my experience in leadership, I’m able to efficiently handle complex projects and lead each team member effectively. The most rewarding part of my role is seeing our projects come to life in beautiful residences, knowing we’ve created functional, aesthetically pleasing spaces for our clients. It’s satisfying to witness their joy after seeing the final result. Communication is key to a smooth process. We establish clear expectations with clients upfront and keep communication open throughout. I make sure the team is aligned on timelines, designs, and special requests. A standout project for me was our installations at the St. Regis. We designed and installed custom closets on a tight timeline, ensuring they were ready for the client’s move-in day. It was an incredible experience working in such a high-end setting and collaborating closely with the construction team to make everything come together perfectly.
